So the new boat is slowly taking shape. She’ll be pretty much identical to the Nasty Nemo, with a couple of modifications as suggested by you our Sea Rovers brethren.
As for the name. Well we’ll be posting up the finalist from the boat naming competition for you to like on our Facebook page sometime soon. So watch this https://www.facebook.com/SeaRovers page to vote.
Still in the mold.

For those of you in the market for a good quality, well planned dive boat, drop us an email at boats@searovers.net search our blog for Nasty Nemo, for images and video of the boat in action. We’ve been using this design for 2+ years and she’s spot on for any small dive centre. Our boat builder is of course keen to build more. The Captain
Today we aided the Indonesian government as inspectors took out our very own ‘Nasty Nemo’, skippered by Capt Sahari, to test water quality in the local area. Taking samples between Pemuteran and Gondol from a range of 5 to 15 mtrs these scientists and inspectors spent 3 hours trawling the deeps to see what they could find.
Hopefully they’ll prove what we already know from previous tests, that the water quality in this area is bloody marvelous. 🙂
Abdul took out a GoPro HD Hero 960 to test, it was a rental from our equipment supplier, Ari at DiveSports, on the Jl ByPass, Sanur. This is some surface shots from the boats Nasty Nemo and the Vicious Guppy racing to Menjangan Island with a bevvy of wannabe Pirate wench snorkellers from the States. Camera test, very impressed. Will be posting some snorkelling shots on YouTube soon.
