Greetings, Fellow Divers! This is your Captain speaking.
As you explore the underwater photo galleries above, I sincerely hope you’ll discover a treasure trove of exquisite marine life images from the enchanting waters of Northwest Bali.
In ‘A Captain’s Tale,’ I candidly admit that my initial foray into the realm of photography transpired above the water’s surface. However, it was only when I delved beneath the briny waves that my ardour for underwater photography truly ignited. While I don’t claim to be a professional in this field, I’ve had the privilege of capturing numerous remarkable underwater moments during my SCUBA diving adventures. My photographic journey has spanned many a year and a diverse array of cameras, from my early days with the Sea and Sea Motor Marine II to the Sony T1, W300, Canon S110, and now my trusty Olympus TG-5.
Should you wish to express an interest, I’d be delighted to share the insights I’ve accumulated over the years regarding underwater photography and the art of enhancing images using Photoshop. Furthermore, I’d gladly steer you towards some of my favourite diving sites. It’s worth noting that my passion lies in appreciating the wonders of the smaller denizens of the deep, so if you share a fascination for marine critters, we’re kindred spirits.
