Rough Seas in Pemuteran Bay

The weather is a bit choppy at the moment, even the Menjangan Island has closed. It’ll blow over, always does. Atleast its not raining.

GoPro HD Hero 960 Test

Abdul took out a GoPro HD Hero 960 to test, it was a rental from our equipment supplier, Ari at DiveSports, on the Jl ByPass, Sanur. This is some surface shots from the boats Nasty Nemo and the Vicious Guppy racing to Menjangan Island with a bevvy of wannabe Pirate wench snorkellers from the States. Camera test, very impressed. Will be posting some snorkelling shots on YouTube soon.

Me Etec be a might finicky

Engine problems with the Vicious Guppy brought a full contingent of professionals to Sea Rovers. First we complain to the dealer, then the dealer to the distributor, then the distributor to the regional offices. Then with enough complaints everybody comes to visit and help sort out the problem.

She may be a might poorly but she’ll survive to run many more dive trips to come. And though she be fibreglass, she has the mighty oaken heart of pirate ships of yore. Garr! Shiver me fibre!
